How do you know if your organization is relevant? The answer
is, you don't decide, the community decides. Strategic planning
is a process that tests your relevancy, stimulates change and
provides a roadmap to move into the future. This session will
help you to understand the fundamental concepts of institutional
strategic planning as well as how to identify the type of
information needed for effective planning.
Please note: This audio
conference focuses on institutional strategic planning,
not fundraising planning.
Target Audience:

is useful for executive directors, fundraisers, and board
members - general audience, probably most useful for entry level
and mid level.

About the Presenter:
Simone P. Joyaux, ACFRE, is
