About the Presenter
Steven T.
Ast – Chairman & CEO, Philanthropy Executive Search Corp.
Steven created the first executive recruiting firm specializing
in searches for fundraisers, following a successful career in
fundraising. Starting his fundraising career after graduation at
his alma mater, Georgetown University, he has worked for two
national fundraising consulting firms, public and private
research universities, an academic medical center and a
hospital. As a critic and commentator in the field of
philanthropy, he is a frequent faculty member and speaker at
seminars and conferences, as well as a writer in professional
journals.
